We are a locally owned and operated building and construction company located in Hobart, Tasmania and have been delivering residential and commercial building services since 2021.
We provide our services around Hobart and have completed projects in areas such as Sandy Bay, Kingston, Derwent Park, Cambridge and on Bruny Island.
We have a skilled team of carpenters that work alongside established and reputable local contractors to bring projects to life.

DIRECTOR
Rowan began his carpentry career in 2010 and has built his knowledge and experience in the industry in Australia, New Zealand and Canada.
Rowan started Saunders Built in 2021 and has grown the business locally focusing on quality, genuine dealings and timely job delivery.

CARPENTER
George has over 15 years experience in the construction industry and brings wealth of knowledge and expertise. Attention to detail, accuracy and precision are George’s key attributes.
George leads construction outputs along with other team members and contractors on site as well as monitoring project timeframes.

JUNIOR CARPENTER
Tom began his carpentry apprenticeship with us in 2022 and he is not far off becoming fully qualified.
Tom enjoys AFL, fishing and going outdoors camping with friends.
